Superbill
Our office is happy to provide with superbill for services not covered by your insurance company for you to remit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please request this from your therapist ASAP or we may ask you to provide the dates for back-dated requests.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. For Monday appointments, we ask for notice by 5pm on Friday prior.
