Caren is the founder and co-director of Florida Personal Growth Center, an integrated holistic, and traditional mental health facility. She is licensed by the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor and is certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a focus in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. Caren has been providing psychotherapy services to individuals, families, couples, and groups for the past 20 years.
She is co-creator of the Parent School and a Personal Transformation group facilitator. While Caren has a specialty in treating individuals with childhood traumas, codependency, and sexuality issues, her passion is to work with anyone ready to go to the next level in their lives. She has taught at Broward Community College, has lectured to various organizations, has appeared on radio and television and is a training supervisor for the Wellness Institute.
Caren is committed to her own personal growth work and has a deep desire to support others in achieving their highest potential. Utilizing a holistic approach and advanced clinical skills, Caren is dedicated to guiding others release unhealthy patterns, reveal their true essence and create more joy, passion, and success in life.
