Karen Louis is a life coach with two master's degrees; one in Counseling Psychology and one in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is currently working towards a certificate in Mindfulness and Meditation Teaching. Karen's therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate and strength based. She is adept at addressing both the client's thoughts and feelings while moving them in the direction of a meaningful life. Karen aims to promote client growth, flexibility and resiliency. She is skilled with individuals, couples and families and experienced in working with addiction, add, anxiety, depression, eating disorders as well as a wide range of other concerns and issues. Her practice focuses on helping people find Acceptance, Balance and Connection in the present and moving forward in life.
